Follow your breath 

Buteyko Breathing Method was founded by the Ukrainian Doctor Konstatin Buteyko in the 1980's. Buteyko Breathing Method is for people with health problems, to improve their health and fitness.

 

In Northern and Western Europe this Ukrainian method is a very well known and successful therapy to improve your health.

The simple fact is that when many people breathe too much or too deeply, it alters the natural levels of gases in the blood, and reduces oxygen delivery to tissues and organs. This causes constriction of the smooth muscles surrounding blood vessels and airways, which can lead to numerous health problems. 

 

When feeling overwhelmed and your head is full to bursting, health issues can arise. Anxiety, stress, panic, with racing or repetitive thoughts can affect many people. This can result in insomnia or other sleeping disorders, such as snoring or sleep apnea.

 

The knock on effect on general health such as fatigue, muscle tension and general poor fitness, as well as breathing issues including asthma, rhinitis (hay fever) and bronchitis can all be reduced or eliminated by bringing breathing volume towards normal. Making the switch from mouth to nose breathing helps to alleviate such health problems and support life long health and well-being.

 

For five years I have coached people with different health issues, to improve their health by teaching them my Breathe 'n Yin Plus Program. This program is a combination of relaxing poses of the Breathe 'n Yin including the complete training of the Buteyko Breathing Method.
